  • Wrestling Takes Eighth at New England Duals Championship

    Providence, R.I. - January 21, 2018 - The Springfield College wrestling team finished eighth at the New England Duals Championship hosted by Johnson & Wales University on Sunday afternoon.  The Pride opened up the day with a 39-6 win over Bridgewater State before being edged by Roger Williams, 21-16, Castleton, 20-19, and Wesleyan, 22-18.

    Springfield, Mass. - January 20, 2018 - Playing Division III competition for the first time this season, the top-ranked Springfield College men's volleyball team eased past visiting Baruch and Lasell in straight sets in a tri-match at Blake Arena on Saturday.  Springfield opened the day with a 25-14, 25-8, 25-13 win against Baruch before toppling Lasell, 25-12, 25-10, 25-13.
  • Lewis Wins All-Around; Men's Gymnastics Takes Second at Navy Open

    Annapolis, Md. - January 20, 2018 - The Springfield College men's gymnastics team competed at the Navy Open and finished second as a team, as the Pride totaled 384.250 points on the day. The maroon and white was led by an impressive day from the all arounders, sweeping the top three spots, as sophomore Stephen Lewis (Baltimore, Md.) led the way with a combined score of 78.150, including a first-place finish on vault and top-seven finishes on both the floor exercise and rings.

    West Point, N.Y. - January 12, 2017 - The Springfield College men's gymnastics team opened up the 2018 campaign competing at the West Point Open and finished fifth as a team.   The Pride totaled 369.250 points and had three individuals finish in the top six of the all-around competition.
