Women's Basketball Drops 74-64 Decision to Babson

Springfield, Mass. - January 19, 2019 - Despite a 19-point effort from Emily Jacques (Auburn, Maine), the Springfield College women's basketball team fell to Babson, 74-64, in New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) play on Saturday morning in Blake Arena.

Worcester, Mass. - January 16, 2019 - Led by a team-high 13 points from Alex Goslin (South Windsor, Conn.) and a double double from Gracie Restituyo (Barrington, R.I.), the Springfield College women's basketball team defeated WPI, 60-43, and remained unbeaten in New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) play on Wednesday evening in Harrington Auditorium.

Ross Named To Bevo Francis Award Top 100 Watch List

Baldwin City, Kan. - January 16, 2019 - Springfield College's Jake Ross (Northampton, Mass.) was named to Small College Basketball's first Watch List for the Bevo Francis Award of 2019, consisting of 100 of the finest men's basketball players in the country who compete in the affiliations of NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, NAIA Division I, NAIA Division II, USCAA and NCCAA. 

Springfield College Set to Host National Girls and Women in Sports Day on February 16

Springfield, Mass. – January 15, 2019 – Springfield College is excited to host National Girls and Women in Sports Day on Saturday, February 16. On that day, girls in grades K through 6 are invited to attend clinics at Springfield College where they will participate in several sports and activities and be able to meet student-athletes from multiple women's teams.
