Kevin Cahill '01 G'04

- A standout player for both the football and baseball teams at Springfield College

- In football, named New England Player of the Year, ECAC Player of the Year, and Freedon Conference Player of the Year in 2000

- Two-time Freedom Football First Team All-Conference in 1998 and 200

- Led Springfield to a pair of trips to the NCAA Championship, including in 2000 when the squad reached the East Regional Final

- Holds the program record for the most passing touchdowns in a game (4)

- Finished his career with 3,029 rushing yards, 44 rushing touchdowns, and 4,842 total yards of offense

- Earned NEWMAC All-Conference honors in baseball as one of the team's top pitchers

- Has since worked as an assistant football coach at Maine Maritime, Springfield College, Tennessee Martin, Murray State, University of Maine, and Yale University
