Matthew Kenvin of the men's swimming and diving team has been named the Springfield College Maroon Club Student-Athlete of the Week.

Kenvin had an outstanding weekend at the Gompei Invitational as he broke an 11-year old school record in the 200-breast when he took first in the event with a time of 2:01.79. Kenvin also won the 100-IM, placed second in both the 200-medley relay and 400-medley relay and third in the 100-breast to guide Springfield to a fourth place finish as a team at WPI.
