After purchasing a digital ticket/pass, there are two ways to retrieve them on your phone/device.
1. Open the PDF attachment at the bottom of the confirmation email
2. Download the Hometown Fan app
Upon arrival to the event, please pull up your pass to be scanned by the event staff. Any additional questions can be directed to 413-748-3332.
Please note: Season Ticket prices include a $3 convenience fee. The convenience fee for Season Parking Passes is included in the fees shown during checkout. Credit card processing fees are applied to all orders and shown during checkout.
