Ben Katz of the wrestling team has been named as Springfield College's Maroon Club Student-Athlete of the Week.

Katz went 5-0 with three pins at the Budd Whitehill National Duals over the weekend and led Springfield to a top-four finish at the event for just the sixth time in program history. Katz, who competed at 285, pinned Maximo Ruiz in the first period to help the Pride to a 30-27 come from behind win over No. 14 ranked Stevens.
