Amanda Leary of the women's basketball team has been chosen as a Springfield College Maroon Club Student-Athlete of the Week.

Leary was tremendous in leading Springfield to three victories last week. The sophomore opened up the week with a career-best 19 points in a win over Endicott before turning in 12 points verus St. Lawrence. In the triumph over Middlebury, Leary stuffed her stat sheet with seven points, six rebounds, and a pair of blocks.
