Springfield College

Evan Weber of the men's track and field team has been chosen as a Springfield College Maroon Club Student-Athlete of the Week.

Weber had a tremendous start to the season in helping Springfield win its season-opening meet.  Weber posted the nation's fastest time to date in the 200 as he posted a winning-time of 22.32, which converts to a 21.93.  He was also the runner-up in the 60 with a 6.95 and was second in the long jump with a mark of 21-04.75.
