Katelynn Taylor of the women's track and field team has been named the Springfield College Maroon Club Student-Athlete of the Week.

In helping the Pride to a second-place finish at the UMass Dartmouth Corsair Classic, Taylor won the shot put with a heave of 11.02 meters, produced a toss of 37.30 meters in the hammer for sixth, and placed eighth in the discus with a 31.68.
