2019: Played in all 10 games for the pride, where he caught 1 pass 6 yards and a touchdown.

2018: Played in 10 games on Springfield's offensive line... Named to the NEWMAC All-Conference First Team.  

2017: Played in 10 games on the Pride's offensive line, helping pave the way for the best rushing offense in all of college football.

2016: Started all 10 games as a freshman on the offensive line that helped pave the way for the fifth-best rushing attack in Division III football. 

High School: Played high school football at North Haven High School in North Haven, Conn. under the direction of Coach Sagnella ... was also a member of the basketball and baseball teams.

Personal: Son of Beth Ann and David Mikos ... has two brothers, Jacob and Patrick.
