Will Nipon G ’25 begins his first year as a full-time assistant football coach at Springfield College in the 2025–26 academic year, where he works with the defensive backs. 

Nipon transitions into a full-time role with the Pride after previously serving as a graduate assistant coach while pursuing his Master’s degree in Athletic Leadership. During his time as a graduate assistant, Nipon contributed to Springfield’s continued success in the NEWMAC, helping the program capture conference championships and develop one of the top defenses in the league. 

A native of New York, N.Y., Nipon studied sociology at Colby College, where he played football and served as a two-time team captain and standout defensive back. In 2025, he was selected to coach in the prestigious All-State Game, highlighting his growing reputation in the coaching community and his dedication to player development both on and off the field.
