Tied his person record of 25 points in a win against Wheaton where he shot 70 percent from the floor and brought down 9 rebounds... Had a career night setting a personal record 23 rebounds versus Westfield State, while scoring 22 points, and blocking 7 shots... For the season, Post registered 5 double-doubles, shot 80 percent from the line and 49 percent from the floor for the season.
2017-2018: Earned NEWMAC Second Team All-Conference honors for the first time in his career... Selected to the D3hoops.com National Team of the Week on Feb. 19.... Averaged 12.6 points and 9.2 rebounds per game while shooting 50% from the floor... Posted 10 double doubles on the season... Registered eight blocks versus Becker on November 28... Hauled in 16 rebounds at Clark on January 27... Netted a season-best 22 points at WPI on February 14...
2016-17: Started in 26 of 27 games played for Springfield ... averaged 9.9 points, 7.1 rebounds, 1.1 steals, and a team best 1.6 blocks per game ... earned several career highs in February, netting a career high 24 points at Coast Guard and career high 15 rebounds at Babson ... blocked four shots in a game three different times.
High School: Earned three letters playing basketball at Cheshire High School in Cheshire, Conn. under the direction of Head Coach Dan Lee.
