    Cross Country/Distance Assistant Coach

Valerie Fox '24 is in her second season working as the men’s and women’s cross country/distance assistant coach for the 2026-27 academic year.

During the 2025-26 track & field season, Fox led the middle distance/distance group helping Peyton Knott achieve a school record in the 600m run along with helping seven individuals qualify for the Indoor and Outdoor DIII New England Championships. 

Fox ran for the Pride from 2020-2024 and graduated with a degree in history and secondary education with a minor in philosophy and currently teaches in Newton. She has also served as a volunteer coach for the Danbury Hatters HCYS Track and Cross Country Club in her hometown.
