Springfield College

Thornton will start her second year with the Springfield College men's lacrosse coaching staff during the 2021-22 academic year as a graduate assistant coach.  The Stony Brook, N.Y. native will also be working towards his Master's in Athletic Administration. 

Thornton graduated from Springfield College in 2020 with his Bachelor's in Movement and Sport Studies.  A standout defenseman for the Pride, Thornton led Springfield to three NEWMAC Championships and three trips to the NCAA Division III Championship Tournament during his time and served as a captain during the 2020 campaign.
