2016-17: Capped his career with the Springfield College men's lacrosse team with ECAC Division III New England and IMLCA All-Region honors to go along with a NEWMAC First Team All-Conference nod ... was also selected to play in the USILA North/South Senior and NEILA East West Senior All Star Game ... finished the season with 32 points on 21 goals and 11 assists ... also picked up 13 ground balls. 

2015-16: The First-Team All-Conference and All-Regional Honorable Mention recipient, Dom Abate, played in 18 games for the Pride as a junior ... registered 43 points including 30 goals and thirdteen assists ... registered a season-best five points on two seperate occasions, including games against MIT and Babson. 

2014-15: Played in all 17 games for the Pride as a sophomore ... registered 29 points including 21 goals and eight assists ... registered a season-best three points on four seperate occasions, including games against Gordon, Stevens Tech, Coast Guard and MIT.

2013-14: Appeared in three games... Tallied one goal and an assist again Emerson on April 19.

 High School: Played four years earning four letters at midfield at Beverly High School under Coach John Pynchon... Also played football and basketball.

Personal: Son of Trinell and John Abate... Majoring in Sports Biology.
