Springfield College

Lauren Pitney will enter her second season as a graduate assistant coach with the Springfield College softball team during the 2020-21 academic year. Pitney comes to Springfield College following a standout career at Manhattan College.

While with the Jaspers, Pitney had a decorated career as she was a three-time All-MAAC honoree, as well as adding a pair of NFCA All-Region accolades following her junior and senior season. The 2019 MAAC Defensive Player of the Year, Pitney also contributed 119 career RBI, 29 career home runs and had a .320 career batting average as a collegiate student-athlete.
