2019-20: During her junior year, Ali competed in all nine meets but one... Rushlow was named to the All-Championship team in the vault and the floor... The Worcester, Mass. native held an seasonal average score (SAS) of 9.5536, which placed her seventh in the regional in the vault, while ranking 16th nationally in the event... Rushlow's season-high on the vault came on as the junior turned in a 9.575 against Rhode Island College on February 15... On the floor, Rushlow ranked eighth in the region with a SAS of 9.6563 and finished 11th nationally in the event... The Physical Assistant tallied her season-best score in a tri-meet with Ithaca and Ursinus on February 9.
2018-19: In just her second season with the Springfield College women's gymnastics team, she competed in every meet.. tying her career-best on the floor exercise with a score of 9.7750 against Rhode Island College on March 3... She also posted an all-around score of 37.7750 at the NCGA East Regionals and held a score of 9.5500 on the vault at the NCGA Championships that took place on March 23.
2017-18: Made quite the impact during her freshman season with the Springfield College women's gymnastics team, as she qualified for the NCGA National Championships and earn All-America accolades in the all-around competition ... posted a career-best all-around score of 38.000 at the NCGA East Regional Championships, highlighted by a career-best mark of 9.675 on vault ... had a career-best mark of 9.400 on the uneven bars at Cornell on March 3 ... posted a career-best score of 9.650 on the balance beam at Ithaca on February 18 ... produced a career-best score of 9.775 in the floor exercise in a quad meet with Southern Connecticut, Brockport, and Brown on January 27.
High School: Attended Worcester Technical High School in Worcester, Mass., where she graduated in 2017 ... competed for Daggett Gold Medal Gymnastics prior to her arrival at Springfield College.
