High School: Earned four letters in swimming and diving at East Providence High School under the direction of Coach Kathy Bias...Also played four years of Volleyball, three years of track and field, and one year of softball.

Personal: Daughter of Nathan and Sheri Forsythe and has a brother Dan...Majoring in Occupational Therapy.  Jamie specializes in the backstroke and sprint freestyle events.
