Springfield College

Kenzie Shand begins her second season at Springfield College as a graduate assistant coach with the women's volleyball team during the 2020-21 season.  Currently working on a Masters degree in Advanced Level Coaching, the Saline, Michigan native graduated from Washington and Lee University in 2017 with a degree in Psychology. 

During her time as a student-athlete at W&L, Shand was three-time AVCA Honorable Mention All-America honoree and holds their program record for career blocks with 448.  Shand spent the 2017 season as the video coordinator for the University of Michigan women's volleyball team, helping the Wolverines earn a spot in the NCAA Division I Championship Tournament.
