Natalie Little

Natalie Little enters her first season as a graduate assistant coach for the Springfield College women’s volleyball program in the fall of 2025.

The Ontario, Canada native comes to Springfield from Niagara College where she helped the team to the bronze medal in the 2025 Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA) Women's Volleyball Championships. It was the program's first appearance in the championships since the 2018-2019 season. Little was also a member of the Brock University women’s volleyball team while completing her undergraduate degree and helped the team to its first Ontario University Athletics (OUA) Women’s Volleyball Championship in program history.

Little has spent time as a coach for Niagara Sport and Social where she taught young athlete skills and strategies to optimize performance and engaged the athletes in various drills and activities.

She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Brock and a graduate certificate of exercise science from Niagara. Little is currently working on a master’s of sport and exercise psychology at Springfield.
