Biography

2017-18: Appeared in 28 matches in her last season with the Pride... Tallied 163 kills, 39 blocks, and 63 digs. Had a seaso-high 14 kills in a four set win over Ensicott (9/2/17).

2016-17: Appeared in 32 matches... Was second on the team in kills and blocks with 313 and 59, while adding 46 digs... Recorded a career-high 18 kills in a five-set win over Montclair State (10/15/16)... Named NEWMAC Second Team All-Conference ... Earned AVCA New England All-Region Team honors... Awarded AVCA Honorable Mention All-America.

2015-16: Saw action in all 35 matches during her first season with the Pride... Produced 270 kills and 99 blocks, ranking third on the team in both categories... Also contributed 54 digs and 47 assists... Posted a career-high 14 kills twice against Clark (10/6/15) and WPI (10/20/15)... Had a career-high seven blocks in a three-set win over Mount Holyoke (10/13/15)... Earned NEWMAC Second Team All-Conference honors... Garnered AVCA New England All-Region Team honors... Named AVCA Honorable Mention All-America.

2014-2015: Played at Division II Shepherd University... Totaled 293 kills at a .301 clip en route to earning second-team all-conference and first-team all-freshman team honors.

High School: A four-year letter-winner at El Camino High School for Coach Mani Santos.. Also participated in softball and track.

Personal: Daughter of Shannon and Sean Helgesen... Majoring in Sports Biology and Psychology.
