Justin Jordaens of the men's cross country team has been named the Springfield College Maroon Club Student-Athlete of the Week.

In helping Springfield to a fifth-place finish at the NEWMAC Championships, Jordaens ran the 8k course in a time of 26:47.7 en route to placing 35th out of the 100-plus runners in the race.
