Elizabeth Athanas of the women's swimming and diving program has been named the Springfield College Maroon Club Student-Athlete of the Week.

In a tri-meet sweep of Smith and Wellesley, Athanas posted a 11:15.86 in the 1,000 free for a third-place finish, took third in the 200 fly in 2:20.80, and registered a 5:34.25 in the 500 free.
