Springfield, Mass. - March 26, 2022 - In a battle with Bentley, the Springfield College men's tennis team was bested by a 7-1 decision in a match that was called early due to rain.  

Springfield had a great performance at the top doubles spot as Waseem Sablon (Stoughton, Mass.) and Fabian Jensen (Stavanger, Norway) produced a 8-5 win for the Pride. 

In singles play, Lucas Van Deventer (Ellington, Conn.) battled tough in a 6-2, 6-1 setback at No. 5.

On Sunday, Springfield heads to Endicott for a non-conference contest.
