Springfield College

Darmstead will transition to the sidelines in his second year with the Springfield College baseball coaching staff during the 2021-22 academic year as a graduate assistant coach.  The Bristow, Va. native will bring his recent athletic experience as a former baseball student-athlete who won the Capital Athletic Conference Championship in 2019. Darmstead will also be pursing his Masters in Sports and Exercise Psychology. 

Darmstead graduated from Christopher Newport Universty in 2020 with Bachelor's of Science in Psychology.
