Biography

2019-20: Appeared in one game for the Pride during his junior season... Pitched three innings in a win over cross-town rival Western New England, striking out two and earning the save.

2018-19: Made six appearances out of the bullpen for the Springfield College baseball team... collected seven strikeouts over 6.0 innings of work on the year.

2017-18: Did not appear in any contests during his freshman season with the Pride.

High School: Earned four varsity letters playing baseball at Housatonic Valley Regional High School... was also a member of the basketball and soccer teams for the Mountaineers. 

Personal: Son of Alicia Simonetti-Shpur and Russ Shpur... has one sibling named Caleb... Majoring in Physical Therapy.
