Biography

2019-20: Only started one game for the Pride in his sophomore season, but he made the most of it... Mitch pitched a career-high seven innings, only allowing another personal-best two hits... Mitch did not allow a single run which resulted in a 4-0 Pride win over cross-town rivals Western New England.

2018-19: Started six games for the Pride during his freshman season... collected an earned-run average of 7.14 over 29.0 innings of work while striking out 19 hitters en route to a pair of wins for Springfield.

High School: Earned a pair of varsity letters playing baseball at Shenendehowa High School in Clifton Park, N.Y.

Personal: Son of Michael and Kimberly Wright, brother of Ava ... Majoring in Physical Therapy.
