Springfield College

Marissa Shaw will enter her third season as a graduate assistant coach with the Springfield College field hockey program in the fall of 2018. A native of Plymouth, Maine, Shaw graduated from the University of Maine in the spring of 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Physical Education: Exercise Science with a minor in Business Administration.  Shaw earned a Master's degree from Springfield College in 2018 in Athletic Administration and is currently working on her initial teaching license in Physical Education. 

A four-year member of the field hockey team at Maine, Shaw helped lead the Black Bears to a 19-4 record during her senior year as she registered 20 points while starting all 23 games.
