In total, the Pride had numerous attempts at a goal as they outshot the Owls by a 16-9 margin and held a 22-1 advantage in penalty corners, but ultimately couldn't get a ball past Clara Gorman, who made ten saves, in the opener for the visitors.
Keene State doubled its lead with just 3:25 remaining in the contest as Irini Stefanakos went 1-on-1 with Niland and planted the ball in the upper right corner of the cage. Prior to the Owls insurance goal, Bardellini lined up for a corner and found the stick of Molly Collins (Franklin, Mass.), who ripped a point blank shot at Gorman, but she moved to her left and made the save to keep the Pride off the board.
