Waltham, Mass. – March 28, 2024 – The Springfield College women's tennis team was defeated by host Brandeis by a 9-0 decision on Thursday afternoon in non-conference play.
The Judges started off the match with three victories in doubles play before sweeping the singles competition.
Emma Aberle (West Warren, Mass.) had a strong showing at the No. 6 singles spot for the Pride as she was clipped by a 7-5, 6-2 margin, while
Kelly McGoldrick (Monroe, N.Y.) was bested, 6-1, 6-4, at No. 4.
Springfield will travel to Wellesley on Saturday as it returns to conference play.
