Annapolis, Md. - January 24, 2026 - The Springfield College men's gymnastics team finished second at the Navy Open on Saturday afternoon.
Navy won the meet with a score of 309.300 and were followed by Springfield with 302.800 and William & Mary with 291.350.
Devon Felsenstein (Blue Bell, Pa.) and Blaise Rousseau (Brecksville, Ohio) each took home a win for the Pride.
Jacob Soederqvist (Stockholm, Sweden) tied for third on the floor with a 13.200 while Evan Reichert (Oswego, Ill.) followed with a 13.050 for fifth and Will Wilson (Montgomery, Ala.) came in seventh with a 12.450. Felsenstein won the pommel horse with a score of 13.950 while Reichert finished fifth with a 12.550 and Soederqvist came in seventh with a 12.300.
On the still rings, the Pride had three gymnasts finish in the top four with Rousseau winning the event with a score of 13.700. Gustavin Suess (Portland, Ore.) came in second with a 13.150 and Wilson tied for fourth with a 12.900. Brian Delf (Delta, British Columbia) came in tenth with a 12.550.
Reichert tied for second on the vault with a 13.900 and Wilson tied for tenth with a 13.350. Rousseau tied for second on the parallel bars with a 12.700, Skyler Cook (Copperas Cove, Texas) tied for fourth with a 12.600 and Delf tied for seventh with a 12.550. On the high bar, Cam Rhymes (Joliet, Ill.) tied for fifth with a 12.650 while Cook tied for ninth with a 12.200.
The Pride will host William & Mary on Sunday, February 1 for a dual meet at 1:00 pm in Blake Arena.
