Jacob Silvester of the football team has been named the Springfield College Maroon Club Student-Athlete of the Week.

In powering Springfield to a 76-7 victory over Husson, Silvester needed just four carries to rush for 122 yards and two scores while also throwing for a touchdown as he helped the Pride to its most points since 1931.
