Orlando, Fla. — March 18, 2010 — Despite a singles win by senior Funmi Olowookere, the Springfield College women’s tennis team fell to defeat by a score of 8-1 earlier today to Division II-foe Augustana College of South Dakota.

Olowookere, a co-captain from Woonsocket, R.I., played today at No. 3 singles.
