Brunswick, Maine – October 3, 2026 – The Springfield College women's tennis team wrapped up competition at the 2026 Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) New England Regional Championships, hosted by Bowdoin College.
After advancing to the round of 32 in the B Singles draw,
Nadia Andrew (Newtown, Conn.) fell to 9-16 seed Emma Jani of Colby College, 8-5.
In doubles action,
Ava Shea (Belchertown, Mass.) and
Peyton Gaudreau (Branford, Conn.) defeated Kendi Bispham and Amay Briones of Emerson, 8-4.
The Pride will travel to Smith College for the New England Women's Intercollegiate Tennis Tournament (NEWITT) which is scheduled to take place from Friday, October 9 to Sunday, October 11.
