Ithaca, N.Y. - February 1, 2026 - The Springfield College women's gymnastics team finished third in a tri-meet hosted by Ithaca on Sunday afternoon.
Ithaca won the meet with a score of 189.575 and was followed by RIC with a score of 187.900 and Springfield with a score of 186.800.
On the uneven bars, Emma Skowronek (West Chester, Pa.) came in sixth with a score of 9.550 while Sage Kaplan (Auburn, Mass.) and Nicolette Giogas (Burlington, Mass.) tied for seventh after registering a 9.300.
Kora Donley (New Orleans, La.) and Stacy Taylor (Biddeford, Maine) tied for fourth on the vault with a 9.475 while Sophie Dunham (Barrington, R.I.) finished ninth with a 9.400. Donley and Taylor also tied for eighth on the floor with a mark of 9.600.
Scarlette Ayakawa (Coppell, Texas) came in fifth on the balance beam with a score of 9.675 while Brooke Ginter (East Berlin, Pa.) finished ninth with a score of 9.375 and Abby Walters (Lake Grove, N.Y.) finished tenth with a score of 9.275.
The Pride will host its lone home meet of the season on Sunday at 1:00 pm against Brown and RIC.
