Greensboro, N.C. – March 19, 2025 – Springfield College senior Nina Lamb (Killingworth, Conn.)registered a career-best time in this morning's preliminary heat of the 200-IM on day one of the 2025 NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving National Championships inside the Greensboro Aquatic Center.

Of the 55 competing student-athletes from across the country, Lamb finished 45th with a career-best time of 2:08.78.

Lamb will return to the pool on Friday for the prelims of the 100-breast.
