New London, Conn. – February 28, 2026 – Elizabeth Santos (Chicopee, Mass.), Bridgette Hogan (Marshfield, Mass.) and McKenzie Aparo (Bristol, Conn.) of the Springfield College women's diving team competed in a group of 27 student-athletes from atop the region in the final day of the 2026 NCAA Division III Northeast-North Diving Regional Championships this afternoon.
On the 3-meter board, Santos led the Pride with a score of 403.20 for 15th place in the field, while Hogan followed closely in 16th with a 397.25. Aparo came in 23rd place with a 348.75. Fiora Beratahani of MIT won the regional title with a 485.90 and was followed by Donna Zhang and Brooke Ronan of Amherst with scores of 463.30 and 460.90, respectively.
The Northeast-North region will send seven women's divers and four men's divers to the NCAA Division III National Championships in March. Selections will officially be announced by the NCAA on Monday, March 2.
