Keene, N.H. - October 4, 2025 - Kristina Kyle (Watertown, Conn.) shined for the Springfield College women's cross country team as they finished eighth in the Keene State Invitational this afternoon. Kyle finished 27th out of 288 runners as she crossed the finish line in 22:40.30.
The Pride finished the six kilometer race with 273 points as they ran against multiple nationally-ranked teams including No. 2 Williams who won the meet, No. 17 Tufts who finished second, and No. 9 Amherst who finished just before Springfield.
Kami Wlodyka (Three Rivers, Mass.) finished in 24:25.10 for 81st,
Kayleigh Jensen (Salem, Conn.) clocked a time of 24:36.30 for 93rd,
Sara St. Germain (Somers, Conn.) produced a time of 24:49.80 for 101st, and
Leah Castle (Ashford, Conn.) followed right behind with a time of 24:49.80 for 102nd to round out the top five finishers for the Pride.
Just outside of the top five were
Meghan Sullivan (Easthampton, Mass.) finished in 24:53.20,
Hannah McCarthy (Beverly, Mass.) and
Elisa Narain (Holden, Mass.) in 25:45.50,
Lauren Roche (Corning, N.Y.) in 26:03.10,
Meghan Conway (Nashua, N.H.) in 27:01.00,
Taylor Desmarais (Berlin, Conn.) in 27:29.70, and
Brooke Ferrare (Waterbury, Conn.) in 31:33.90.
The Pride return next Saturday when they travel to Stanley Park in Westfield, Mass. for the James Earley Invitational.
