Springfield, Mass. - January 8, 2026 - The Springfield College men's lacrosse program alongside head coach Sean Quirk '95 G'97 announce the team's 2026 schedule with the opener planned for February 21 on the road at nationally-ranked Stevens.
FULL SCHEDULE
The Pride will play a 15-game schedule that includes seven from the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) and eight non-conference matchups. Springfield will head to Stevens on February 21 for the first game of the season before opening up at home against Union on the 26th.
The Pride will travel to Keene State on March 3rd and Endicott on March 6th before having a four-game stint at home. Springfield hosts Colby on March 8th and Merchant Marine on March 11th, before opening up conference play with Clark on the 14th. The Pride play host to Western New England on March 18th before heading to Babson on March 21th. Springfield closes out the month at home against MIT on the 28th.
Springfield starts off the month of April at Emerson on the 4th before hosting Wheaton on the 11th. The Pride will then travel to Vassar on April 15th and Coast Guard on April 18th before closing out the regular season with a home game against Salve Regina on the 25th before the NEWMAC Tournament begins on the 28th.
The NEWMAC Tournament is set to start on April 28 and a champion will be crowned on May 2. The higher seeded team will be named the host in each round and the winner of the NEWMAC title will earn the league's automatic berth to the NCAA Division III Men's Lacrosse Tournament.
