Bristol, R.I. - December 9, 2023 - Several members of the Springfield College wrestling program competed in the Scott Viera Open on Saturday. 

In the non-scoring meet, the top finisher for the day was Luke Temple (Jackson, N.J.), as he produced a trio of victories, including two major decisions and a pinfall, en route to taking fourth place at 141 pounds.  

Calvin Stiles (Wilbraham, Mass.) had three wins at 165, including two pins, while at 285 Christian Quandt (Hillsborough, N.J.) notched two pins and Joseph Boyle (Oradell, N.J.) added two victories of his own.  Kayo Torres (Sandwich, Mass.) registered two wins at 157, and at 197, Nick Blitz (Massapequa, N.Y.) turned in three victories, highlighted by two pins.
