Marlborough, Mass. - November 14, 2025 - Springfield College senior
Parker Thornton (Malden, Mass.) was named to the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Men's Soccer All-Conference First Team after a breakout season.
This is the first NEWMAC All-Conference honor of Thornton's career as he finished the season with a team-best eight goals which was also the second most goals scored in the conference. He also led the Pride in points with 18 which was fifth in the conference and his 11 points in conference play was the second-most in the NEWMAC. Thornton also dished out two assists and was named the NEWMAC Offensive Athlete of the Week on September 22 after scoring two goals and tallying an assist to help the Pride to a 5-3 comeback win against Emerson.
