Springfield, Mass. - December 9, 2025 - Springfield College men's soccer forward Parker Thornton (Malden, Mass.) has been named to the 2025 United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division III All-Region II Third Team after an impressive senior campaign. 

Earlier this fall, Thornton was named to the 2025 New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) All-Conference First Team after he finished the season with a team-best eight goals which were also the second most goals scored in the conference. He led the Pride in points with 18 which was fifth in the conference and his 11 points in conference play were the second-most in the NEWMAC. Thornton also dished out two assists and was named the NEWMAC Offensive Athlete of the Week on September 22 after scoring two goals and tallying an assist to help the Pride to a 5-3 comeback win against Emerson.
