Springfield, Mass. – February 28, 2025 – Christian Butler (North Haven, Conn.) finished fourth overall on the 3-meter board as he opened action at the 2025 NCAA Division III Northeast-North Diving Regional competition held inside Art Linkletter Natatorium on Friday.

Butler recorded a score of 477.35 points for fourth overall in the field of 15 student-athletes from across the region. Hoachen Liu of Williams won the event with a score of 517.10 points and was followed by Cameron Bizjak of Connecticut College (496.25) and Calder Biondi of Williams (478.10).

From this region, there will be five male student-athletes who qualify for the 2025 NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving National Championships. Those qualifiers will be announced early next week by the NCAA on NCAA.com.

Tomorrow, the men's meet shifts to the 1-meter board. Action is slated to get underway tomorrow afternoon at 12:00 pm.
