Greensboro, NC – March 21, 2025 – Springfield College's Christian Butler (North Haven, Conn.)completed his sophomore campaign on the 1-meter board at the 2025 NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving National Championships inside the Greensboro Aquatic Center this afternoon.

A few days after finishing 21st on the 3-meter board in his very first national championship coemption, Butler took 22nd on the 1-meter board today with a score of 390.45 to wrap up his second collegiate season on Alden Street.

Butler was named as the NEWMAC Men's Diver of the Year for the second consecutive season at this year's conference championships and helped the Springfield College men's swimming and diving team to its best team finish at the NEWMAC championships in 12 years.
