Springfield, Mass. - February 23, 2026 - The Springfield College men's and women's track & field programs alongside head coach Mike Miller '08 G'12 have announced the 2026 outdoor track and field schedule which opens on March 27 at UMass Dartmouth and Monmouth.

WOMEN'S SCHEDULE
The Pride will compete in six different meets prior to the start of the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Championships, New England Division III Championships, Farley Inter Regional, AARTFC Outdoor Championships, and a last chance meet in hopes to travel to La Crosse, Wisconsin for the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships. The schedule includes two meets at home as Springfield hosts the SC Classic and will be the host site for the New England Division III Championships.
A season ago, both teams registered third place finishes at the NEWMAC Championships. The men's program medaled in seven events as the women saw student-athletes on the podium in three events. Two student-athletes, including junior Mike Anderson (Cromwell, Conn.), represented the Pride well at the 2025 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships.Â
Springfield opens up the outdoor campaign at UMass Dartmouth and Monmouth from March 27-28 before hosting the SC Classic on the Blake Track on April 4.Â
Springfield will then be on the road, going to UMass Amherst on April 11 and Trinity and UConn on the 18th before heading to the NEWMAC Championships from April 24-25 hosted by Coast Guard.Â
The New England Division III Championships, which will be held at Springfield are from May 1-3 before the Inter Farley Regional takes place from May 5-8. The AARTFC Outdoor Championships will be from May 13-14 along with a Last Chance Meet on the 14th as a final effort to qualify for the 2026 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships which will begin on May 21.
