Marlborough, Mass. - April 14, 2026 - Springfield College men's track and field junior Mike Anderson (Cromwell, Conn.) was named the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Men's Track Athlete of the Week. 

Anderson broke his own school record in the 110-meter hurdles with a first place finish at the UMass Commonwealth Invitational on Saturday. His time of 14.18-seconds currently sits sixth fastest in the nation and tops in the NEWMAC this season.

The Pride will travel to Hartford, Conn. on Saturday for the Trinity Invitational.
