Springfield, Mass. – June 2, 2026 – Springfield College men's lacrosse senior midfielder Matt Webb (Northport, N.Y.) was recently named to the New England Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (NEILA) All-Region team earning Honorable Mention accolades.

Webb, a New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) All-League Second Team selection,  produced 20 goals and eight assists for 28 points in his senior season as he ranked in the top-five on the team in all three statistical categories in 2026. Webb tallied two or more goals in seven different contests this year and notched a season-high five points (three goals and two assists) against Endicott on March 6.

Webb and the Springfield College men's lacrosse team finished 2026 with a 10-6 overall record and mark of 6-1 in NEWMAC play. The Pride secured the second seed in the NEWMAC Championship Tournament and reached the semifinal round once again under the direction of first year head coach Sean Quirk.
