- One of Division III's most successful dual-sport coaches
- Competed on the varsity field hockey team and with the women's lacrosse club at Springfield College
- Currently Middlebury's head women's lacrosse coach, a position she has held for 24 seasons
 - Led the Panthers to five Division III women's lacrosse national championships (1997, '99, '01, '02, and '04) and four undefeated seasons (1999, 2001, '02, and '04)
- Led the Middlebury field hockey team to the 1998 national championship
- Five-time national coach of the year in women's lacrosse (1994, '97, 2001, and '02) and earned New England Coach of the Year six times (1992, '94, '97, 2001, '02, and '04)
- Named the national coach of the year in field hockey twice (1994 and '98)
- Enshrined in the New England Lacrosse Hall of Fame in 2004
- Serves as director of physical education at Middlebury
