Two-time NCAA Division III Women’s Cross Country All-American after finishing in the top-20 at the National Championships in 2001 and 2002.

Earned NCAA Division III Women’s Track & Field All-America honors in the 1500-meter run during the 2002 indoor season and the 2002 and 2003 outdoor seasons.

Named NEWMAC Women’s Cross Country Rookie of the Year following a runner-up finish at the 2000 NEWMAC Championships.

Won three NEWMAC Women’s Cross Country individual titles in 2001, 2002 and 2003 with winning times of 18:15, 18:02, and 17:30.61.

Garnered NEWMAC Women’s Track & Field Athlete of the Year accolades in 2003 and was honored as a member of the NEWMAC 25-Year All-Women’s Cross Country Team.

A lifelong commitment to championing the rights and well-being of elderly and medically compromised individuals, advocating at both the state and federal levels in partnership with the American Health Care Association and locally with the Connecticut Association of Health Care Facilities to ensure their voices are heard and their needs are met.
