Four-time NCAA Division III Men’s Track & Field All-American in the javelin throw with national finishes of first in 1999, second in 1998, third in 2000 and fifth in 1997.

Won the 1999 NCAA Division III Individual National Championship in the javelin throw with a throw of 215-feet, 8-inches (65.73-meters). He helped Springfield as a team finish 28th overall at nationals that season.

Springfield College record holder in the javelin throw at 222-feet, 4-inches (67.76-meters), which he set in 1999 and still stands today.

Four-time New England Division III Champion in the javelin throw.

Placed first in every regular season and conference championship meet competed in while on the team.

Earned his bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Springfield College and built a career in social work before transitioning into real estate in Maine after graduation.
